Yes. You and your parents need to visit your respective passport seva kendra personally. Documents will be verified and new photo will be clicked at the center. PSK will cancel your old passport with a stamp on it. So please carry your old passport which is going to expire. I Suggest you, do not hire any agent or any third person. it would not work. Renewal process is so simple and hassle free. Again you can not do this online. Online is a facility through which you can only submit your application, upload documents and fix an appointment with PSK. Carry your orginal documents and their photocopies.
