Do US embassies accept applications for children under 16,?
Every foreign visitor to the US must have a passport and visa if those are required of that countrys adults, regardless of the visitors age. The ability to travel to the US on a parents passport and visa was eliminated many years ago. Even infants must have individual passports and visas if their citizenship requires them. They must also have an individual passport to travel on any of the US visa waiver programs.
