Will you be rejected a US tourist visa application if you have never?
As far as I know, having traveled before is not a pre-requisite for getting a US tourist visa. It helps if you can show a history of leaving your country and coming back, but its not required. Then again, nobody really knows how the folks that process your application decide who gets a visa and who does not. Its up to that specific person, and they never tell you a reason why you were declined.
